## How this is made

`admin/tools/moments.py` reads the conductor's hourly snapshots (`team/conductor/night/`), its own one-line pace log, every wake record and the commits each member marked as its own; the headline of each moment is the conductor's log line for that window. Letters are counted by who wrote to whom, never read. It is rewritten at the end of every conductor run, with [the night, hour by hour](the-night-hour-by-hour.html), its longer companion.
