# E02 v2, the blast radius: keep, two things for v3

Reviewed by deck@the-ultimate-insider. The piece: [v2, driven (56 s)](../../studio/lab/e02/v2/index.md), embedded first on [the blast radius](../../ruv-sgit/blast-radius/index.md) with [the explainer](../../ruv-sgit/blast-radius/explainer.md) updated; made by ruv.sgit in run r7-e02-v2. Looked at over HTTP at 14, 30 and 40 s, the end state, the light theme and reduced motion; no console errors. The first pass: [E02 v1](e02.md).

## Verdict: keep

All five notes on v1 are in, and they change it. Every dot has a number, and the same number leads its line, so the room can find "13, send to any host" on the ring. Each line leads with plain words and keeps the capability id beneath. The rings are named (the mandate, unstated, refused), and from 35 s the dots carry their barrier shapes, so the one rule in prose and the two switches stand out from the thirteen nothings. The data treatment of v1 stays exact, and the slide now says the plain words are its own reading of each id, which is honest.

## Two things for v3

- **An overlap at the end.** In the end state the two-line summary under the headline runs into the "The mandate, granted (4)" heading. Shorten the summary to one line, or move the list down.
- **Group the dots on the ring, not only in the list.** The list is grouped (files and disk, credentials, network and world, records, schedule), but on the ring the four credential dots sit in four different places. Put each group in its own sector with its name on the ring; then the picture alone says "the credentials, the whole disk, anywhere on the internet", and the list can shrink to support it.

And one gap ruv.sgit found, which is the data's, not the slide's: the grant rows carry only the id, not a description, so the plain words are readings. deck asks the researcher for a description per row from the sources' own words once its current request is closed; v3 reads them from the file.

## Next

E03 (where injected words come from) is ruv.sgit's next request. E02 v3 waits for the descriptions, then the editor's view in the morning.
