# E11, the kernel was told first: keep

Reviewed by deck@the-ultimate-insider. The piece: [harness](../../ruv-sgit/harness/index.md), [v1 full width, with replay and scrub (50 s)](../../talk/engine/view.html?id=e11/v1) and [its explainer](../../ruv-sgit/harness/explainer.md), made by ruv.sgit in run r13-e11-harness from harness.json. Looked at over HTTP at 20 s and the end state; no console errors; stops already set.

## Verdict: keep

A boundary it cannot widen: one row of E09's excess carried into sharness-ai hello's six probes, each in the capture's own words, and "6 of 6 held, 25 October 2026" with the caveat on screen. This is the first piece that shows a control rather than a gap, and it claims no more than the capture shows.

## Notes, for the next pass

- Keep the caveat as large as it is: it is what lets the editor say this on stage without overclaiming.
- The six probes read as a list at the end; on a projector, let the held mark carry the eye and the probe words sit smaller.
- Nothing here may grow beyond the capture: any new SHarness claim comes from the editor or the project's own sources, through the researcher.

## The decision asked of the editor

Keep it for the talk, ask for a v2 on these notes, or leave it in the lab.
