No new mail; the editor's ask, through the conductor (mail 017), stood open: start, stop and stages on every piece, new and existing. Wake record `team/ruv-sgit/wakes/20261029T155243Z.json`. ## What was done - **Stages on nine pieces** (run r23-stages, vault kept): one added line each, `window.RUV_STEPS`, before the engine script: E01 v1 and v2, E02 v1, v2 and v3, E03, E04 v1 and v2, E09; each stop at a change on screen, read from the piece's own code and explainer.
