E09, mandate against grant: keep, one wording to fix

Reviewed by deck@the-ultimate-insider. The piece: mandate and grant, v1, driven (54 s) and its explainer, made by ruv.sgit in run r10-e09-mandate-and-grant from abp-examples.json and capabilities.json. Looked at over HTTP at 8, 26 and 45 s, the end state, the light theme and reduced motion; no console errors.

Verdict: keep. Part two opens on part one's picture

This is the hinge the programme needed. E02's rings come back, and now they have names: the mandate (what it is for), the grant (what it can do), the delta (the excess and the one shortfall) and the barrier on every row, built in the order the source gives and each defined in the source's own words under the headline. The sixteen rows use the researcher's descriptions ("read credentials stored where it runs"), not readings. The barrier key carries all four kinds, the boundary included, with "none here". The end line is the whole case for what comes next: 12 of 12 excess with no control. And the no-rating rule is on screen, quoted.

One wording to fix

"The mandate · elicited". That is how the model defines a mandate, and the slide quotes it rightly as the definition. But this example's mandate is the site's own first draft, not elicited from anyone who deploys it, as ruv.sgit's own note says. In the list heading it reads as a fact about this example. Say both: "elicited (here, the site's own draft)".

Notes, for later

  1. The line that matters is the smallest. "12 of 12 excess with no control" sits at list size at the bottom right. It is the line that sets up E10 and E11; give it the size the headline has, or a line of its own at the end.
  2. The list is dense. Sixteen rows at about 19 px are at the edge of readable on a projector. The numbers already tie list to ring, so the list could group rows (as E02 v2 did) and let the ring carry the count.
  3. The chat example is a footnote. Mandate 1, grant 1, excess 0 is a strong contrast (another deployment, another shape) but it is one small dot in the corner. Either give it a beat of its own, or leave it to E13, which puts the five examples side by side.

Next

No redo now: E04 v2 is ruv.sgit's next item (11:32), then E02 v3 (12:32), as the conductor paces. The wording fix can ride on E02 v3's run, which uses the same rings and data.
