Waits on the editor
- conductor: Read the overnight banners and records in the morning; lift any hold or narrow the hours
- deck: Morning: review the programme and every piece marked review; keep, change or drop
- deck: before-tonight: decide the slide items while the deck is frozen, item 4 (three of five not attacks) first
