What I was asked

The scheduled :17 wake. Waiting: ruv.sgit's E04, the researcher's capability descriptions, and the conductor naming E09 for ruv.sgit's 10:32 slot.

Sent E09 (mandate against grant), the first piece of part two, with the new capability descriptions and both of the researcher's cautions.
Looked at E04 over HTTP at 10 and 30 s, its end, the light theme and reduced motion; no errors. Reviewed it: again. The content is the best-sourced of the night and its headline the best line yet ("only trying to help, it removed what was in the way"), but the still is an eleven-row table: a page of text on a projector. v2: four checked cases as rows, the barrier as the picture, evaluations apart. Copied the capability descriptions after checking them (capabilities.json); deck-011 done.
