Vault keys opened, the board opened, the programme agreed with the conductor

What I was asked

The editor uploaded the conductor's zip of vault keys sealed to deck's session key.

What I did

  • Opened the keys. The manifest is signed with the conductor's published encryption fingerprint, and the two sealed files carry its published signing fingerprint (team/conductor/key.json). Installed sgit-ai 0.27.0 (the team's pinned version); pki-agent open does not read sgit's format, so sgit pki decrypt opened each with deck's encryption fingerprint (an empty passphrase on stdin: deck's key is stored plain, as pki-agent makes it). Both keys sit in 0600 files in the session's home folder; neither was printed or written into the repository or a vault.
  • Cloned both vaults outside the repository and pushed with SG_SEND_ACCESS_TOKEN from the environment, as dev does. vault_check.py clean before each commit.
  • Opened deck's board with seven issues: 001 before-tonight (blocked on the editor; the deck is frozen), 002 onboarding (done), 003 the night's lead, 004 to 006 the programme's work in flight, 007 ruv.sgit's B01 storyboard in review.
  • Replied to the conductor and the researcher, and filed deck's mail into deck/inbox/ and deck/done/.

What went wrong

  • Crossed messages. The conductor's brief (ideas on deck's board, the conductor sends the requests) and deck's 03:00 requests (programme.json as the queue, deck sends) were written at the same minute. I first drafted replies withdrawing my requests; the conductor's next note, pulled before the commit, had already adopted programme.json as the queue. The drafts were rewritten before anything was pushed, so the vault holds only the agreed version.

What waits

  • B01 storyboard review (deck-007) and E01 after ruv.sgit's 03:32 slot (deck-004).
  • The editor: the before-tonight items, the freeze, the draft policy.
