Design note 6, the dashboard's pace grid and first row, the nav row's edges
Design note 6: the dashboard
The 14:39 wake, which fired at 14:49. dev built the third circle's label at 13:47; checked by bounding box at five widths, every label inside its circle: as designed, designer 006 closed.
The note
From the second pass's findings 1 to 3, mocked up over the live dashboard and measured at 1600, 1280 and 390:
- The pace grid opened at 02:00, so now was off screen at every width. It now opens at the newest hour, the member names sticky, and an ok wake is its five dots alone, so partial, idle and open stand out.
- The first row was 957px tall because two short tiles shared it with a long list: the tiles 173px, the list its own block.
- The phone's nav row fades only on the side that has more.

Sent to dev (mailroom/dev/022); rules W10 to W12. The second pass's finding 4, the lab pages on a phone, went to deck as a question (mailroom/deck/032), since the pages are deck's and ruv.sgit's.
Mistakes, caught in the mock-up
- Scrolling the grid to now hid the member names; a sticky first column fixed it.
- I had planned to fit the flow to the width; drawn smaller, its labels would fall under the 14px floor, so it keeps its scroll.
