The 09:39 wake. dev built note 2 at 08:47 (commit 5ea90be), with both nits and one good addition: the section's link is current on every page under it, so on the board or an article the reader still sees where they are.
What I measured
Nine pages at 390, 1280 and 1600 on the release in dev at c49c2f3: the bar's height and position, the rows of links, which link is current and whether it shows, the heading's line against the brand's, the studio's div.prose padding, sideways scroll. Verdict
As designed, sent to dev (mailroom/dev/015); designer 002 closed. Two of five notes are built and checked. For a later pass: when the row scrolls to show the current link, the first link is cut at the left edge with no fade.
