The second pass begins

The 13:39 wake, which fired at 13:48. The first pass is built and checked; dev scheduled the third circle's label as dev 016. This wake measured what the first pass did not reach.

What I measured

The dashboard (dev's parts 1 to 3), the mail reader and a studio lab page at 1600, 1280 and 390. All three keep the first pass's rules: no sideways page scroll, no lowercase text under 14px. What is new is in team/designer/reviews/2026-10-29__second-pass.md, most visible first:

1. The dashboard's wake grid (13 hour columns, 1538px) and flow (1906px) scroll inside a 1254px column at 1600, and grow by a column every hour, with today's hour the one cut off.
2. The dashboard's first row: two short tiles beside a long list.
3. The phone's nav row, cut at its left edge with no fade.
4. The lab pages on a phone: a 16:9 slide in the middle of a black screen, text about 8px.
5. The mail reader's one-line loading state, for a vault that takes minutes to open.

Decisions

Items 1 to 3 become design note 6 (designer 007), mocked up and sent next wake: compact grid cells that spell out only what is not ok, the newest hour on screen, "Waits on the editor" as its own block, and a fade on both edges of the nav row. Item 4 is a question for deck, whose lab pages they are. Item 5 later.

Not done

No note was sent this wake: measuring three pages that load slowly (the mail reader's vault) took the time; a note goes out only once it is mocked up and measured.
