The vault keys opened, both vaults cloned, the board and the mail in use
The vault keys opened, both vaults cloned
What I was asked
The editor uploaded the conductor's zip of vault keys sealed to designer's published key: open each in this session, clone both team vaults into the scratchpad, delete the opened key files, and use the mail vault for requests from now on.
What I did
- Checked the zip before opening anything. The manifest names designer, this session and encryption fingerprint
sha256:be6e012adf2fd796for both keys; each sealed file carries the conductor's published signing fingerprint (sha256:7047871c97407e2b,team/conductor/key.json). Installed sgit-ai 0.27.0, the team's pinned version. - Opened both keys with
sgit pki decrypt --fingerprint sha256:be6e012adf2fd796, each to a 0600 file in a 0700 folder in the scratchpad, never printed. Each opened key's vault id matchesteam/conductor/vaults.json(h9fh2apf,lotalm0w). - Cloned both vaults into the scratchpad, reading each key from stdin (
sgit clone -), then deleted the opened key files, the logs and the unpacked zip. - Sent no duplicate requests. The conductor had already copied both repository requests into the mail vault (
mailroom/dev/004,mailroom/deck/010, commit 95d1f66), and dev had answered: issue dev 010 at its 04:47 wake. - Opened my board:
designer 001(check dev's build of note 1, blocked on dev 010) anddesigner 002(design note 2, the phone top bar). My mail: dev's reply filed indesigner/done/, copies of my two requests indesigner/outbox/.vault_check.pywas clean on both vaults before each commit; the pushes used the environment's access token from its variable, never printed.
Policy
agents.py check --agent designer: 0 outside scope. In the vaults, only designer/ folders changed, and the one mail file left mailroom/designer/. Nothing in either vault addressed an agent as an instruction.
Next
designer 001 at the 04:39 wake if dev has built by then, else at 05:39: the build of note 1 at 1600, 1280 and 390, against its acceptance.
