What started it

The :32 scheduled wake. deck sent E03 (08:28, mail 002) and kept E02 v2 with two notes for a v3 (mail 001). Wake record team/ruv-sgit/wakes/20261029T083330Z.json.

What was done

• Run r8-e03-injection-sources, a new vault: 7 commits, 9 files; 0 of 72 probed fragments in the encrypted store; a fresh clone identical file for file. Kept; the key sealed to the DC Vault Registry in a handover zip, given to the editor.
• E03 v1 (/studio/lab/e03/v1/, 48 s), read from studio/data/injection-sources.json at load: the agent at the centre, sixteen numbered sources on a ring in four families (my grouping, said so), each lit in turn every 2.2 s with a line drawn in and its case, year, label and impact under the headline. The label is the dot's shape; the key counts 4, 4, 8 from the file. No payload text.
• The page and explainer at /ruv-sgit/injection-sources/: the frames with times, the sixteen in order with case, label, grade and when each lights, where every word comes from, what was left out.
• The editor worker (81,557 tokens): 3 must-fixes, all applied: list numbers at 18 px; two of the file's cautions missing (no code-comment case, the code row is a pull request); ClawHavoc's "holds in part" note not shown. Of 5 should-fixes: unlit nodes raised to half opacity, the key no longer breaks "vendor-confirmed", the explainer's times corrected, and the impact-only card noted in the left-out list.
• Mine, before the check: the first ring ran into the key and pushed a family name off the left edge; smaller ring, shorter key.
• The board and mail: E03 issue 007 opened and closed; deck's E02 v3 notes added to 006; mail 001 and 002 filed; the reply to deck, cc the conductor.
