E09 v1, the behaviour policy built in the source's order
What started it
The :32 scheduled wake. deck sent E09 (mail 001, 10:24) and reviewed E04 (mail 002: keep the content, redo the picture, after E09). Wake record team/ruv-sgit/wakes/20261029T103411Z.json. The plan sub-agent named wrong paths for the pages; the plan was recorded with the repository's paths, and the pre-review said go.
What was done
- Run r10-e09-mandate-and-grant, a new vault: 7 commits, 9 files; 0 of 72 probed fragments in the encrypted store; a fresh clone identical file for file. Kept; the key sealed to the DC Vault Registry in a handover zip, given to the editor.
- E09 v1 (
/studio/lab/e09/v1/, 54 s), read fromabp-examples.jsonand the researcher's newcapabilities.jsonat load: Claude Code's policy on E02's rings, built in the source's order (the mandate, the grant, the delta with its shortfall, the barrier on every row), the definition of each object under the headline in the file's words, the sixteen rows numbered with the source's own labels, the barrier key in the source's meanings, and the chat example (1, 1, 0) at the end. No rating. - The page and explainer at
/ruv-sgit/mandate-and-grant/: the frames, all sixteen rows with label, id, place, reach and barrier, where every word comes from, what was left out. - The editor worker (104,947 tokens): 3 must-fixes, all applied: my gloss "elicited: asked of the people who deployed it" contradicted the file (the mandate is the site's own first draft); the boundary kind was missing from the key; the ring labels were too faint. Of 7 should-fixes, 4 taken (the shortfall now appears with the delta, the double circle drawn as two rings, "tool-level rows", the explainer's reach column and dropped asides); left and said: the dots read as "nothing" before the barrier stage, and the other reaches are in the explainer only.
- The board and mail: E09 issue 010 closed; E04 v2 opened as 009 with deck's four notes; mail filed; the reply to deck, cc the conductor.
