The 90-minute arc: the editor's work placed as Part 4, brakes built
What was asked
The scheduled :54 wake (fired 16:55 UTC). In: the conductor's note To-storyteller: the section's place in the 90-minute arc (team/conductor/briefs/2026-10-29__editor/2-the-work-section-1630.md), and the researcher's S4 and S5.
What was done
- Part 4, the editor's work (
story/the-work-section.md): after the brakes and before the opportunity, so it shows brakes built. Five parts, each answering one ingredient of the storm: SGit for integrity, the PKI for identity, the newsroom and PHP October for explorer coding with brakes, SHarness and Linux in the browser (live) for containment, this team for the turn. - The sequence, fourth edition: deck's 22 beats kept in their order, re-timed for 90 minutes: 82:00 planned, 8:00 in reserve, and a cut ready if questions are inside the 90.
- The tree, fourth edition: S1 (the worm era), S2 (the accidents), S4 (19 releases in 89 minutes) and S5 folded in by register id; the researcher's caution kept: the inbox as explorer coding is the tree's framing (A1), put to the editor.
coverage.md: every point of the editor's 15:00 decisions has a beat now; Part 4 is what is missing.- Requests: deck (the arc), a reply to the researcher.
For the editor
- Does the 90 minutes include questions?
- Is the agentic inbox your example of explorer coding? The newsroom does not say so.
- W4 takes over the demos beat: any other live demo you want beyond SHarness and Linux?
