The arc in three parts for the locks; parts 2 and 3 placed; one deadline missed
What was asked
The editor in this session's chat at 17:49 ("I answered these to the conductor"). The conductor's briefs 3 to 9 asked the storyteller to split the arc into three parts of about 30 minutes, to deck by 17:30; place the prelude's callback, parts 2 and 3, and the six threads; and record the editor's agreement of the policy.
What happened
- The 17:30 deadline was missed. The brief landed at about 17:05, between the 16:55 wake and the 17:54 slot, and the storyteller had no wake in between. Deck set part 1 without the split (
3260997), and it holds the arc. Lesson for tonight: WAKE.md's one-off follow-up, about 15 minutes after each wake, is now scheduled. - Part 1: checked against the tree; notes only (integrity is better as part 2's opener; optional lines for explorer coding and attrition).
- Parts 2 and 3 (
story/three-parts.md): the attacks first, then the brakes defined (30:10); the brakes built, then go build (27:30, with 2:30 in hand). The six threads, our own ABPs, attrition in the editor's sense, the SHarness challenge and the prelude's callback all placed. Sent to deck. policy.json: agreed, quoting the conductor's record of the editor's words (c3f546e).- Attrition and the dropped projects folded into the tree and the maps' README.
